How to Disable JaneApp Reviews

Here's how to disable the Ratings & Reviews feature in your JaneApp account:

1. Access Settings:

   • Log in to your JaneApp account with Account Owner or Full Access permissions.

   • Navigate to the Settings section.

2. Forms & Surveys:

   • Within the Settings section, select "Forms & Surveys".

3. Ratings & Reviews:

   • Click on "View" next to "Ratings & Reviews".

4. Disable Ratings:

   • Uncheck the "Enable Ratings" box.
