How to Update your Billing Information and Address

  1. Go to http://demandhub.chargebeeportal.com and log in with your email. (Please note only the main DemandHub contact will be able to log in to the Billing Portal.)

     

  2. Enter the one time password sent to your email by DemandHub Billing.

     

     

  3. Click on "Billing & Shipping Addresses" to see add/change your information.

     

  5. Fill in your information and click on Update.
